8-Week Life Skills Program

One of the first steps toward real change is understanding yourself — your thoughts, feelings, behaviours, and how you move through life.

The course is running both online and in person.

This 8-week Life Skills Program was created after working with many clients who were struggling with similar challenges — difficulty setting boundaries, managing stress, and maintaining healthy relationships. From those experiences, I developed a structured program that addresses eight key areas for personal growth and wellbeing.

What You’ll Experience

Over the course of eight weeks, we’ll take a guided journey of self-discovery and practical learning. Together, we’ll explore how you think, feel, and relate to others—while building the skills to make lasting, positive change.

Each week focuses on a core life skill, including:

Effective Communication: Express yourself clearly and confidently.

Healthy Boundaries: Learn when to say yes or no and protect your energy.

Assertiveness: Stand your ground with respect and confidence.

Thought Patterns: Understand how helpful and unhelpful ways of thinking shapes your reality.

Mindset Awareness: Recognise patterns of behaviours that keep you stuck in drama cycles and learn to behave in healthier ways 

Stress & Trauma Responses: Understand your triggers and build resilience.

Self-Care & Strengths: Identify what energises you and nurture your wellbeing.

Managing Endings: Navigate transitions in both personal and professional life with grace.
